A year of growth, team spirit and new milestones
For the SOCCA GROUP, the year 2025 was characterised by growth, further development and many shared moments. Together with our team, our partners and our customers, we were able to reach important milestones and set the course for a successful future.
Strong team growth as a foundation
Our team was once again a key success factor this year. With seven new full-time positions, the SOCCA GROUP has continued to grow. New colleagues have brought fresh perspectives, expertise and energy.

Experience community: Team events & incentives
In addition to day-to-day operations, there was no shortage of socialising. Whether at the Big Picture Event, the Christmas party or numerous incentives throughout the year – the focus was on personal dialogue, team spirit and shared experiences. After all, sustainable success is created where cooperation is lived.
Investment in development & benefits
With the introduction of new employee benefits, we made targeted investments in the satisfaction of our team in 2025. Leapsome was also introduced as personnel development software with the aim of making development and target achievement even more transparent and structured.
Strong partnerships as a success factor
Another important milestone in 2025 was the expansion and extension of our partnerships. The extension of our collaboration with the Bavarian Football Association (BFV) and the close cooperation with other regional associations such as the WFV and the OÖFV deserve special mention. These partnerships stand for trust, quality and long-term cooperation in the interests of sport.
Digital development & new brands
The relaunch of the new SOCCATOURS website, which further improves user-friendliness, performance and brand presence, was a significant step in the company’s digital development. In addition, two new brands, SWIMTOURS and TENNISTOURS, have successfully gained momentum.

European growth: New DMC locations
The SOCCA GROUP has also continued to grow internationally. With theopening of new DMCs in the Netherlands and Turkey , we are now represented at nine locations in Europe . This strengthens our local expertise and creates even better conditions for high-quality training camps and tournaments.
Over 2,000 teams – a new record
A very special milestone: for the first time, we have inspired and supported more than 2,000 teams for training camps and tournaments in one year. This record underlines the trust our customers place in the expertise of the SOCCA GROUP.

Outlook for the coming year: Continuing to grow – together
The focus is now on the future. The SOCCA GROUP wants to continue to grow in 2026 – with new target markets, strong partnerships, optimised processes and a clear focus on quality and team culture.
