Telephone interview
During an initial telephone call, we’d like to get to know you and discuss some general details – your motivation, your current professional situation and organisational matters. At the same time, you’ll gain an initial insight into the role and the SOCCA GROUP (approx. 15 minutes).
Video or face-to-face interview
Together with your future line manager, we’d like to get to know you better, both professionally and personally, and give you a deeper insight into the role, the team and the SOCCA GROUP. Of course, there’ll also be plenty of time for you to ask questions (approx. 90 minutes).
Introductory Day
Get to know your future team, our corporate culture and your potential workplace in person. You’ll also work on a practical task so that both sides can find out whether we’re a good fit for each other.
Contract Offer
