Incentive at the Starbulls Rosenheim
Overtime in ice hockey means:
If the regular playing time is not enough, it goes into overtime. More intense. More decisive. With full concentration and maximum tension.
A pretty apt description for our team incentives.
In February, our team travelled together to the ROFA Stadium in Rosenheim. On the ice: the Starbulls Rosenheim – promoted to the DEL2 with an impressive season and clearly on course for success. In the stands: us. With full support for the home team.
What makes an evening like this so special?
Time together. Discussions about match situations. Loudly cheered goals. And the collective excitement when the decisive minutes arrive.
With Alti – an ex-professional ice hockey player and active referee – we also had a wealth of expertise at our side. This meant that we always had exciting insights directly from the field.
For us, who work almost exclusively in football, it was an exciting change of perspective – but above all a powerful shared experience.
For us, overtime means:
Investing time when it’s worth it.
Creating moments together that go beyond everyday working life.
And not just organising team spirit, but living it.
What remains?
A strong home match experience, genuine local patriotism and once again the realisation that team spirit knows no sport. And even if our hearts continue to beat for football – this evening has shown that sport unites. Regardless of the surface.
