Open exchange at eye level: “Students meet Management” at the SOCCA GROUP
Every two months, the SOCCA GROUP organises“Students meet Management”!
Our dual students meet with one of our department heads to discuss their area of responsibility – whether Sales, Procurement, Marketing, Process, People & Culture or Management – both professionally and personally.
What makes it special: There is no agenda and no presentation. Instead, the dialogue deliberately takes place in a relaxed atmosphere – over a round of table football or an after-work beer. 🍻⚽️
The aim of the format is clear: to capture the mood in the team, receive honest feedback and better understand the needs of our students. At the same time, the exchange should provide insights into other departments and thus strengthen understanding of the different areas of the company.
At the last meeting, Fabi, Head of Procurement, was in dialogue with our dual students. In his conclusion, he emphasised how valuable direct dialogue with the students is: “An open, honest conversation that shows that the atmosphere in the team is excellent and that everyone feels comfortable. I’ll take the wishes expressed to the next meeting to look for suitable suggestions for improvement together.”
