Lots of experience for the Turkish market
Ilhan Celikli joined the SOCCA GROUP team as Country Manager Turkey on 1 May 2025 – another important step in our strategic expansion in Turkey, particularly following the establishment of our DMC in Antalya.
We asked Ilhan a few questions to introduce him to you:
How did you hear about the SOCCA GROUP?
“I already knew the company from my professional years in 2013-2014 – so it was not unknown to me and impressed me even then.”
What was your first impression of the team?
“The team is very dynamic, professional and helpful. You notice straight away that the company and the team are very success-orientated – I like that!”
What do you look forward to most in your work?
“As Country Manager, I want to be successful for our company in Turkey – with sustainable development and strong partnerships.”
What has been your greatest sporting success so far?
“I was successful as a licenced athlete in Turkey in the 90s – so sport is in my blood.”
