With football in his heart and a knack for travelling
Sebastiaan Dekker – Sebas for short – has been part of the SOCCA GROUP as Country Manager Netherlands since 1 July 2025. Born in the Netherlands, he not only has a passion for football and travelling, but is also taking on a central role for our newly launched DMC in the Netherlands.
We asked Sebas a few questions to introduce him to you:
How did you hear about the SOCCA GROUP?
“I searched online for my dream job – and as football and travelling are my biggest hobbies, I applied to SOCCATOURS.”
What was your first impression of the team?
“I’ve never experienced a team like the one at SOCCATOURS. After a few days, I asked when the mood would change – but nobody understood what I meant, hahaha.”
What do you look forward to most in your work?
“Organising great training camps for Dutch clubs together with the SOCCATOURS team – and above all, that they want to travel with us again next year.”
What has been your greatest sporting success so far?
“2 birdies in one round of golf.”
A fun fact at the end?
“Organising holidays – that’s what I’m really good at.”
