Bringing SOCCA GROUP into the future
As the largest industry event for HR topics, Zukunft Personal Europe in Cologne offers valuable insights into current trends and developments every year. We from the SOCCA GROUP were also represented this year: Philipp from our People & Culture team used the trade fair to gather inspiration, reflect on existing approaches and take away concrete learnings for the future.
His goal: to find out what we are already doing successfully as a company and at the same time to pick up new ideas for our further development. In this way, we ensure that we remain an attractive employer in the future and celebrate success together.
Key areas to focus on:
- Developing values – how can values not only be defined, but actually lived in everyday life?
- Leadership development – how does leadership succeed on the basis of support, autonomy, feedback, communication and trust?
- Artificial intelligence in HR – how can AI be used sensibly without losing the human factor?
- Personnel development – where is the greatest potential in our employees?
