Growing internationally together
Many countries – one team: this was the motto of this year’s SOCCA GROUP Country Management Day from 7 to 8 May 2025 – this time at our office in Vienna.
Once a year, the country managers of our subsidiaries and our department heads from Rosenheim come together for an international dialogue. The aim is to analyse current challenges, develop strategies for sustainable growth and define the next joint steps – all in an atmosphere that also leaves room for personal exchange.
Strategies, initiatives and schnitzel
This year, CEO Marcus Häusler, Sebastian Holzfurtner (Sales), Fabian Steinbauer (Procurement & Country Management), Justus Wenzel (Process) and Tobias Brunner (Marketing), among others, discussed with the country managers from Austria, Croatia, Italy, Spain, Czechia and Switzerland.
In addition to strategic discussions and the planning of future initiatives, there was also time for personal dialogue – including a culinary anecdote: 10 out of 11 participants ordered Wiener Schnitzel. A clear case of transnational unity!
With fresh impetus and a strengthened team spirit, the SOCCA GROUP is now entering the next phase of growth together.
