When commitment and passion go beyond the end of the working day
Our colleagues not only deliver on the job – but also on the pitch and in the water! During our “SOCCA MEISTER” week, we are celebrating two sporting highlights that show just how much commitment, discipline and team spirit we live by.
Individual performance: Justus becomes German runner-up in rescue sport
Justus kicks things off by securing the title of runner-up at the German Rescue Championships – and even taking first place out of 105 teams with his club DLRG Weimar.
His impressive success is no coincidence: anyone who knows Justus knows how consistently and disciplined he has prepared himself. Whether it was a healthy lunch, a smoothie instead of an after-work beer or daily training – his commitment was tangible, even in our day-to-day work.
And we as an employer? We specifically support sporting commitment: Justus used two days of special leave for further sporting training – a benefit that makes it possible to reconcile personal goals with the job.

Team performance: TSV Rohrdorf-Thansau wins the championship title
We continue with a real team performance: Our colleagues Lukas, Tobias, Laurenz, Fabian, Johannes and Janis secure the championship title with TSV Rohrdorf-Thansau – with a commanding 2:0 against their direct rivals. The scorers: Hannes and Janis!
What makes this so special? Six SOCCATOURS colleagues are on the pitch together – a constellation that has developed over the years. It all started with Lukas, but every time a new member joined the team, we scouted and recruited diligently. There are now so many of them that the team is referred to internally as “TSV SOCCATOURS” with a wink. A good example of how team spirit doesn’t end when we finish work.
