A day full of vision, team spirit and unforgettable moments
On Friday, 18 July 2025, it was that time again: our annual Big Picture Event brought together colleagues from all of the SOCCA GROUP’s international locations – live, in colour and with plenty of energy.
Under the motto “Team spirit meets vision”, we not only looked back on the new financial year together, but also celebrated our culture – in a setting that motivates and inspires.
Strategy with vision
The day began at the myHome Hotel in Rosenheim. In bright sunshine and with a panoramic view, the morning was all about strategy:
Current company developments, an outlook on our shared goals for 2025 and interactive workshops provided new perspectives and fresh impetus.
Teamwork that makes waves
In the afternoon, things got sporty – and wet: the dragon boat race on Lake Chiemsee showed what true teamwork means. Only those who paddle in the same rhythm can make progress.
With full motivation, Team Blue secured the hard-fought SOCCA GROUP challenge cup. Congratulations!
Finishing with pleasure
Our Big Picture came to a perfect end on the lakeshore at the Schraml Wirt: an atmospheric barbecue evening with good music, great conversations and the odd spontaneous round of football – until late into the night.
A day that stays.
Our Big Picture 2025 has once again shown that our vision is alive. Our culture connects. And our team moves – together and with enthusiasm.
