Teamwork at Xletix

Together through the mud – our XLETIX team event in Erding

15 obstacles. 6 kilometres. 1 team.
What took place in Erding on 19 July was more than just a sporting event – it was a special kind of team experience. In bright sunshine and a great atmosphere, our team took on the XLETIX Challenge – an obstacle course that pushed us to our limits but made us grow even closer together.

Even before the start, it was clear that it was not individual performance that counted here, but teamwork. From the joint warm-up to the final obstacle, cohesion, motivation and mutual support were required.

Challenging obstacles

Whether crawling through the mud under a barbed wire fence, crossing a three metre high wooden wall or transporting a team member on a wooden platform – no progress would have been possible without mutual help. They pulled, pushed, pushed and celebrated – with plenty of team spirit in their luggage.

What particularly impressed us: The atmosphere. Hundreds of sports enthusiasts, pure energy on the course and on the sidelines, and a goal that united everyone – to master the challenge together.

A strong finish

After finishing together, a well-earned dip in the lake and a short chill break, the day ended with a relaxed barbecue at a colleague’s house. A perfect end to an experience that will live long in the memory.

More than an event – living values

For us, XLETIX was not just a sporting competition, but a true symbol of our corporate culture: because when one person gets stuck, the others help – and when things get tough, we laugh together. That’s how teamwork works – in the mud, at work, in life.

Challenge accepted – and 100% passed.
