At the SOCCA GROUP, we live and breathe football – and not just in the office. Many of our employees have also been involved as part-time coaches on the pitch for years. This practical approach characterises our corporate culture and is one of the reasons why we know exactly what clubs need for a successful training camp.

Corporate culture & support
It is clear to us that voluntary work deserves to be valued. That’s why we actively support our employees in their role as coaches – for example with two days of special leave for coaching courses and flexible working time models that allow training and work to be optimally combined.
