Football expertise at the SOCCA GROUP

At the SOCCA GROUP, we live and breathe football – and not just in the office. Many of our employees have also been involved as part-time coaches on the pitch for years. This practical approach characterises our corporate culture and is one of the reasons why we know exactly what clubs need for a successful training camp.

Our trainers in the team

Whether youth or professional, whether with a fresh licence or years of experience: behind the SOCCA GROUP is a strong team of employees who not only live football professionally, but also personally.

  • Julian Dominguez – Assistant coach at FC Zurich Women in the Women’s Super League, UEFA B licence
  • Stefan Fastlabend – coach of FCJ Alt-Ottakring in the Vienna Oberliga B, UEFA A licence
  • Philipp Brandl – assistant coach of the SpVgg Weiden U14s in the development league, UEFA B licence
  • Tobias Poindl – Coach of SV Horn II in the Gebietsliga Nordwest Niederösterreich, UEFA Elite Youth B Licence
  • Daniel Kobl – player at SV Ostermünchen in the Kreisliga 1 Inn-Salzach, UEFA C licence

What clubs get out of it

This first-hand expertise flows directly into our daily work: We know how important top training grounds, good catering and absolute planning security are – because we have experienced it ourselves. Clubs benefit directly from the experience and passion of our colleagues.

Corporate culture & support

It is clear to us that voluntary work deserves to be valued. That’s why we actively support our employees in their role as coaches – for example with two days of special leave for coaching courses and flexible working time models that allow training and work to be optimally combined. In this way, we ensure that sporting commitment and professional development go hand in hand.

Thanks to our team of trainers

A heartfelt thank you to all our colleagues who contribute their passion and commitment on the pitch. You show what defines us as a company: at the SOCCA GROUP, football is not just a job, but a shared attitude to life.
