After the incentive summer break, the SOCCA GROUP had a sporting highlight on the programme right at the start: a joint padel tennis incentive in Oberaudorf.
For many, it was their first encounter with this still young sport, which combines elements of tennis and squash and is primarily played in doubles. This made it all the more exciting to put the teams together by lot and then compete against each other for two hours in “everyone against everyone” mode.
In addition to sporting ambition and commitment, the focus was of course also on having fun – and a small additional incentive provided even more motivation: the losing teams had to cook for the winning team. 🍝
In the end, Max and Justus came out on top and can now look forward to a well-deserved winner’s lunch. Congratulations to them! 👏
The incentive was a successful start after the summer break and showed how much energy and ambition there is in our team. Away from the pitch, there was also plenty of opportunity for dialogue and relaxed interaction – values that are very important to the SOCCA GROUP.
