Team event at the Kala Alm
Last Thursday, we finished the working day a little earlier than usual.
Laptop closed, jacket on – and let’s go out into the winter.
For our first team event of the new year, we travelled together to the Kala Alm on Lake Thiersee. The way up was the biggest challenge of the evening. But the fresh air and the many conversations, for which there is often simply no time in the office, quickly made up for the effort.
Once at the top, we ate, laughed and sat together in a cosy atmosphere. No agenda, no programme – just a relaxed evening in good company. That’s exactly what such events are all about.
The way back down into the valley was then of course a race: We grabbed our sledges and headed down at a good pace. Lots of fun, fast-paced duels and guaranteed no dry trousers.
We don’t organise evenings like this out of obligation, but because we get on well with each other. Because we enjoy spending time together – even outside the office.
And that’s exactly what our team is: people who work together but also consciously make time for each other outside of the office.
