New Signing on Deadline Day
Benedikt Monsch is joining the SOCCA GROUP as a Product & Sales Manager. However, our company is far from new to him: As an active footballer for FC Deisenhofen, he has already taken part in two training camps organised through us. When looking for the right practical partner for his dual studies, he came across the SOCCA GROUP through the HAM website.
With many years of football experience and plenty of ambition, Benedikt brings excellent qualities to his new role. To get to know him a little better, we asked him a few questions:
How did you first hear about the SOCCA GROUP?
“Through the HAM website. I also play for FC Deisenhofen and we have already booked two training camps through you in the past.”
What was your first impression of the team and company culture?
“Very positive! It is a young, dynamic team full of people who are passionate about sport. Everyone is really friendly and there is a very pleasant atmosphere.”
Which parts of your new role are you most looking forward to?
“I am looking forward to putting together offers for clubs and joining business trips to discover new destinations.”
What has been your greatest sporting achievement so far?
“I spent three years at a DFB development centre and was part of the development squad. I also had trials with FC Bayern Munich and TSV 1860 Munich.”
How would you describe yourself in two words?
“Confident and ambitious.”
Football has therefore been part of Benedikt’s life for many years – not only professionally, but on the pitch as well. His experience in competitive youth football and his current perspective as an active club player are a great fit for his new role, as he understands the requirements and expectations of football clubs first-hand.
