Platform & Experience Developer for SOCCAMATRIX
Our team continues to grow: Nicola Christke joined the SOCCA GROUP on 14 September as a Platform & Experience Developer (Full-Stack) and will be playing a key role in the further development of SOCCAMATRIX.
Nicola lives in Bielefeld and brings with him extensive experience in IT consultancy and project management. Most recently, he worked as a freelance IT consultant; prior to that, he held various roles, including that of technical consultant, with responsibility for the overall management of IT client projects.
Working alongside the existing SOCCAMATRIX team, Nicola will be responsible for further developing our platform, both technically and conceptually, optimising processes and putting new ideas into practice. To begin with, he was based at our head office in Rosenheim, before moving to work predominantly remotely from Bielefeld.
To kick things off, we naturally asked Nicola our six questions again.
How did you first hear about the SOCCA GROUP?
Through a job board.
What was your first impression of the team and the corporate culture?
Very likeable, pleasant, easy-going and good-humoured – brilliant!
Which tasks are you most looking forward to?
On development, brainstorming and process optimisation.
What has been your greatest sporting achievement so far in your life?
Losing 56 kilograms in one and a half years – through a ketogenic diet and Thai boxing.
Which two words best describe you?
A tenacious fighting spirit.
What’s a ‘random fact’ or special talent you have?
Thai boxing – or, to be more precise, Ling-Lom.
