Sebastian Holzfurtner is to become COO of the SOCCA GROUP

SOCCA GROUP sets the course for further growth

The SOCCA GROUP is further developing its management structure: Sebastian Holzfurtner, previously Director of Sales, will take up the post of Chief Operating Officer (COO) on 1 November 2026.

In his new role, Sebastian will be responsible for procurement, sales and marketing, and will work alongside CEO and founder Marcus Häusler to drive the strategic development of the group forward.

The expansion of the management structure is a direct result of the growth seen in recent years. With new international markets, several specialist brands and a growing organisation, the demands placed on structures, processes and collaboration within the group are also increasing.

“Sebastian has made a decisive contribution to the development of our company in recent years. He has a very thorough understanding of our business, our customers and our organisation, and combines an entrepreneurial mindset with high standards when it comes to implementation and results. “With his new role as COO, we are putting in place the structures we need for our next phase of growth,” says Marcus Häusler, CEO and founder of the SOCCA GROUP.

From Director of Sales to COO of the SOCCA GROUP

Sebastian was previously Director of Sales, responsible for international sales. As COO, his remit has now expanded significantly.

“As a company, we have great ambitions. It will be crucial for our organisation to keep pace with these ambitions. I look forward to working with our team to further develop structures and processes, strengthen accountability and lay the foundations for our continued growth,” says Sebastian Holzfurtner.

With its new management structure, the SOCCA GROUP aims, in particular, to drive forward its international expansion, the further development of its brands and the scaling up of its operational organisation.
