Kicking off the weekend together, leaving the office behind and heading into the festival tent: on Friday 11 September, our team from the Rosenheim site all went along to the Herbstfest Rosenheim.
It all kicked off at head office. After work, we got the weekend off to a start there together, got ourselves ready and, of course, put on our tracht. Anyone who didn’t yet have the right outfit was promptly sorted out by their colleagues. After all, teamwork isn’t just for the working day.
Straight from the office to the Flötzinger festival tent
Afterwards, we all took the bus into Rosenheim town centre. Two tables had already been reserved for us at the Flötzinger festival tent – and by the end of the evening, they were completely full.
With good food, Bavarian beer and the perfect Herbstfest atmosphere, there was plenty of time to celebrate together, have a laugh and get to know each other from a different perspective, away from the daily grind of the office.
The evening was particularly special for some of our new colleagues. They only joined us at the start of September and were able to experience first-hand, at one of their first major team evenings, how we foster a sense of togetherness at the SOCCA GROUP even outside working hours.

It made it all the more lovely that it wasn’t just lots of current team members who were there. Hannes, a familiar face from the past, also popped in and spent the evening with us.
It is precisely evenings like these that form an important part of our team culture: getting together, having a laugh, getting to know new colleagues better and, at the same time, strengthening existing bonds.
In the end, it was exactly the Herbstfest evening we’d hoped for! A brilliant evening with our Rosenheim team. 💙💚
