New work-study student for tennis training camps
Since 3 August, Len Jannis Kohlweihe has been joining the SOCCA GROUP as a work-study student in the tennis division. Alongside his role with us, the 22-year-old is studying sports management at the University of Applied Management, thereby combining theoretical knowledge directly with practical work.
Len, who is from Uchte near Hanover, has moved to Bavaria to start a new chapter in his life. The region suits him well, as in his spare time he particularly enjoys spending time in the countryside and the mountains. Len also brings a wealth of sporting experience with him: he holds a C-level tennis coaching licence, has been coaching children and young people since 2021 and, of course, regularly takes to the tennis court himself. In addition, he has been playing football for a club for many years.
In our short interview, he reveals a little more about himself:
How did you come across the SOCCA GROUP?
I found a job advert – though I can’t remember exactly where.
What was your first impression of the team and the corporate culture?
My first impression was of a young, dynamic team – exactly as I’d imagined. At the same time, everything is very well organised and our shared goals are clearly communicated.
Which tasks are you most looking forward to?
On the one hand, I’m looking forward to ensuring our customers have the best possible stay. On the other hand, I’m excited about exploring new destinations and developing suitable packages.
What has been your greatest sporting achievement so far in your life?
In tennis, it was a particular achievement for me to reach a performance category below 20 for the first time. I also have fond memories of winning the district league championship with my C-youth football team.

I’m a proper Potterhead.
